Summer Pot-Pourri with Mushroom and Greens

I simply love cottage cheese with mushrooms cooked with greens. Here goes the recipe:

Ingredients
Canned Button Mushrooms
Shredded Cabbage
Peas
Shredded Spinach
Cubed Cottage Cheese
Salt
Pepper
Tomato Puree
Culantro-Green Chili Paste
Poppy Seed Paste
Curried Lentils
Method
1. In a wok add oil and saute all the vegetables and cheese for 10 minutes.
2. Add the green chili-culantro & poppy seed paste, tomato puree salt and pepper.
3. Cook for 15 minutes stirring continuosly or until the vegetables are done.
4. Garnish it with curried lentils
