Tangy stuffed banana curry

Summer Foods mean a lot to health and therefore care should be taken not to overdo the food with spices. I am going to share with you a recipe that does not use spices and is best for summer and is yummy too. I love the combination of bananas and chicken and I am gonna tell you how to make a tangy banana-stuffed chicken curry.

Ingredients

Minced Chicken

Mashed Raw Bananas

Tomato Puree

Culantro-Mint paste

Chopped Onions

Chopped Garlic

Rock Salt

Black Pepper

Method:

1. Mix minced chicken with salt and pepper. Flatten mashed bananas and stuff it with minced chicken. Baste them with butter and roast them until brown on both sides.

2. In a wok fry onions and garlic until brown. Add tomato puree and the herb paste. cook for 10 minutes. Add the roasted chops and simmer for 5 minutes.

Serve with rice.

*If you are afraid that it can cause bird flu, then don't be. All bacterias get killed at high temperature.
