Tony Sala creates Kimchi-topped Pizza

Wow! Korean food Kimchi has become so popular that it has find its place on the most snack-food Pizza. Kimchi as a pizza topping has been created by Tony Sala, an Italian-American pizza-maker from New York City. This fusion food was tasted by Sala 10 years ago and then he tried the recipe which failed, but once again he did it with a secret seasoning...it is still a secret.

Kimchi is spicy and is bound to delight the Italian palate and the fusion delights the Asian palates with the veggie-cheese combination. The next thing that Sala is going to try out is Kimchi Spaghetti. I feel that Kimchi will bring a convergence between the popular Spanish food and the upcoming Korean food in the coming days.
