Yummy Cheese-Beer-Dog!
StuffMagazine.com is all set to fill your plate and stomach with some more crazy snacks. They are going to scoop out a few hot dogs, block up them with cheese, drape them in Bacon followed by frying them deep.... Yummy! It's like a hot-dog-heart-attack...all in one handy slippery tiny package!
Ingredients:
1 hot dog
1 slice of thick-cut bacon
1 can of spray cheese
1 can beer (the kind hardly matters, but we suggest something dark. Corona probably isn't a good idea)
1 cup flour
Oil for frying
Instructions:
Start preparing it with taking out the center of the hot dog with the help of an apple corer, in case you have access to one. Otherwise, cut out the middle part with a knife. chock-a-full the vacant area with spray-cheese and cover it with the hot dog you removed from the middle. Dress-up the bacon around the hot dog and deep-fry for two to four minutes or until bacon is cooked. Press them lightly with a paper-towel to dry so as to stick the batter. Make a thick but lump-free mixture with beer and flour. Dip the dogs in the batter drenching them with absolute coating and deep-fry on high heat for two to three minutes or until it turns brown.
