Should I experiment with rum, dark rum mainly, and make some interesting rum cocktails, at home. My friends tell me that it can be really dangerous, what do you have to say about it? What will you suggest? Do you think about: mixing dark rum with 1 measure white rum along with some castor sugar, is apt to serve a king? I want to try it but am afraid of ending up in a hospital bed. What else can I add to it to make it more interesting? What other variations too can I try with the rum?
