I am going to give you a very light recipe Which is totally fat free. It is carrot rice recipe. I am going to tell you about carrot rice recipe. The ingredient are 2 cup of rice,2 onion,5 carrot, 2 tsp of fried groundnuts,2 tsp of oil,a small piece of cinnamon,1 tsp of broken block gram, 2 nos of cloves. The procedure is just heat the pan, pour 1 tsp of oil. Add some red chillies, coriander seeds, some cumin seeds and then fry till it turns totally brown. Add some grated coconuts and remove it from the heat. Grind it finely after it cools down. Grind it seperately, the fried groundnuts coarsely. Cook the rice and then let it cool. Put the carrots in some warm water. Grate it without even peeling the skin. Heat some oil in a pan. Add cloves, cinnamon, mustard, broken block gram and some bengal gram. Fry them. Add curry leaves and some chopped onions. Once the onion is very much cooked, add some grated carrots. Fry it till the carrots are very much cooked. Add rice and fry in a very low flame. Add little salt and the ground masala powder. Mix it well with some rice. Finally add some groundnut powder and then remove it from the flame. Serve it hot.
