Which are your favorite quick and easy recipes that you would love to make any time of the day?

I am planning to go out this winters and for this time I have decided to pack the food with me only as last time when I had outside food I feel ill. I am rushing for the outing early morning and I want to know some quick easy recipes which I can make in minimum time. I want to know which is the recipe which stays for long without heating. In how many days I need to consume it? The recipe with ingredients like honey and oats will be preferred!

Hello friend, I have many quick recipes which you can prepare easily everyday but as you need, I have only one recipe which is mentioned below:-

Honey Oat Quick Bread

This honey oat bread has a pleasant taste and divinely moist and tender crumb. It requires minimal mixing and cleanup, calls for ingredients usually stored in the pantry, and is tasty but healthy.

Recipe: -

  • 12 slices
  • time: 15 minutes
  • Total time: 1 3 / 4 hours (including cooling time)

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons plus 1 cup rolled oats or quick cooking oats (not instant), divided
  • 1 1 / 3 cups flour, white or wheat flour (see Tip)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 1 / 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 / 4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1 / 4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces (1 cup low) nonfat or low-fat yogurt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 / 4 cup canola oil
  • 1 / 4 cup clover honey, honey or other mild
  • 3 / 4 cup skim or low-fat
PREPARATION
  1. Position rack in center of oven, preheat to 375 ° F. Generously coat a 9 x 5 inch (or similar size) loaf pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle a tablespoon of oats in the bread. Tilt the pan back and forth to cover the sides and bottom with oats.
  2. Well mix the flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl.Using a fork, beat the remaining 1 cup of oatmeal, yogurt, egg, oil and honey in medium bowl until well blended. Add the milk. Gently stir the yogurt mixture to the flour mixture until well incorporated, but not too mixed (excess mixing can cause hardening). Immediately scrape the batter into the pan, spreading evenly to edges. Sprinkle the remaining 1 tablespoon of oatmeal on top.
  3. Bake bread until golden brown on top and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 40 to 50 minutes. (It is normal to crack the top.) Let stand in pan on wire rack for 15minutes. Run a knife around and under the bar table to loosen and turn out on the rack. Let cool until just warm, about 45 minutes.
