I am going to tell you about baked potatoes recipe. The Ingredients are Potatoes, chopped broccoli, salt, pepper, cheddar cheese and low-fat cream.
Instructions
Microwave the potatoes until soft and keep aside. Cook the broccoli for 5 minutes. Now cut off the top, one-third of the cooked potatoes; reserve it. Scoop out the insides and place the potato shells in a small baking dish, make a mixture of Cheddar, sour cream, salt and pepper and the scooped out potato insides and mash nicely. Add the broccoli into the mixture.
Evenly fill in this mixture into the potato shells and top with the remaining cheese. Microwave on High for 2 -4 minutes or until the filling is hot and the cheese is melted.
