To make fishy flavoured vegetarian fish sticks type recipe at home using tofu and seaweed flakes, you need:
Firm tofu blocks/pieces
Soya milk
Soya sauce
Lemon juice
Bread crumbs
Flour
Crumbled nori seaweed
Lemon pepper
Process – Take tofu blocks and cut them into strips. Coat each strip with flour. Now take a bowl and mix soya milk, soya sauce, and lemon juice. In another bowl mix bread crumbs, lemon juice and seaweed flakes. Now take each tofu strip and dip in soya milk and soya sauce mixture. Coat each dipped strip with bread crumbs mixture. Now preheat the oven at 375 degree C and bake these strips till golden brown and crispy. Turn them once in between. You can also fry them in pan. Heat some oil in a flat pan and fry these tofu strips from both the sides till them become golden brown in color and crispy.

Process - In a bowl mix corn meal and bread crumbs. Add salt, seaweed flakes, and dried parsley. In another bowl mix soya milk, and starch. Cut tofu into slices or strips. Dip them in soya milk mixture and then coat well with bread crumbs. Now fry them on pan or bake in oven. Serve hot.
