I am planning to open my own restaurant but before that I want to do food hygiene course for catering? I want to know that can I go for this course and test online? I want to start from basic food hygiene so I want to know what all will be included in it? What is the duration of the test and the training and what are the marks that are required to clear the test? Thanks!
