Iâm a cab driver and I was working 40 hours in a week for earning livelihood for my family. We have moved from Colorado last year and getting aid of food stamps from last year. Recently, I had an accident and had to lose my job also. I have got DUI few weeks ago, which is the first offence and believed as first degree misconduct. Is my food stamp eligibility affected after getting a DUI? Please help me, Iâm very depressed now.
