I can truly understand your problem because the same happened with me when I bought my food processor. I was messed up as there was no booklet inside it on how to use it and what are the things that you must not do in order to keep your food processor working in a good condition.
But I find the best way which I would really like to share with you. I did not search the way to use it anywhere. I simply selected the blade and put into food processor. Then I latched the bowl and lid onto the food processor. Trimmed the leaves from the foods I wanted to chop and dropped it into the machines feed tube. Firstly the food was not nicely chopped as I did not use the plastic pusher which I got with it. But next time when I tried pushing food inside with the help of the plastic pusher the foods was nicely chopped. And like this only I used different blades one by one to see the output.
I have tried many dishes with the help of food processor. To name few of them are blender cupcakes, chili’s salsa, black bean soup and many more. My personal experience says that food processor helps you in almost everything you cook in your kitchen.
