My mom suffers from gluten allergy, and since I have to prepare food for her, I want to know about the list of foods with gluten, so that I could avoid them for her, and to some extent, myself as well. I would also like to know how gluten could be avoided! I love pastas, and pizzas, and I want to know if there is any alternative to it, which is gluten free. I donât know many things about foods with gluten, and therefore, would like to get well informed about it. Can somebody please help?
