Making fruit juice is the easiest thing in the world. The basic tools that you need are a knife for cutting, a blender to blend your ingredients together and a strainer.
Most fruits like apples, sweet limes, oranges or pineapples are great for making a quick and healthy drink. However, almost any fruit is good. You should just pick your favorite.
Here's a quick recipe to make that apple juice:
Wash and cut the apples without peeling. Remove the seeds and then throw the fruit into your blender. Blend for a minute. If you want you can add water to dilute and sugar for sweetness. Finally strain the mix using a fine strainer or a muslin cloth and your apple juice is ready.
For a mixed fruit juice:
You need to pick fruits like, pineapple, orange, mango and papaya. Papaya is one of the healthiest fruits. Wash all the fruits well, peel them and remove the seeds, after that you put them in the blender for a minute and strain once done. As with all fruit juices, it can be diluted with water and sugar can be added for sweetness.
Certain fruits like mango, sapota and banana should be blended with milk rather than water due to their consistency. This will give you a milkshake which is also another healthy drink option.
