I am going to give you Gazpacho recipe. The ingredients are 750 gms of Tomatoes, finely chopped, 1 tblsp of Tomato Puree, Red Wine Vinegar - 2 1/2 tblsp, 1 tblsp of Olive Oil, 1 tsp of Red Chilli Sauce, 1 large Cucumber, Yellow Capsicum which should be 1, 1/4 cup minced Onions,Salt - 1 1/2 tsp. The procedure is as flows.
1. Add some tomatoes, tomato puree, vinegar, normal oil and chilli sauce to a small bowl.
2. Blend this mixture to a very smooth puree.
3. Place it in the fridge until it ready to serve.
4. Peel it and cut the cucumber into some quarters lengthwise.
5. Scoop it out and discard this seeds.
6. Chop it very fine.
7. Cut the capsicum in half.
8. Remove the seeds and the inner pith and discard it.
9. Chop some capsicum fine.
10. Chop some onion finely.
11. Add some cucumber, capsicum and some onion to the blended soup.
12. Mix it well and replace it in the fridge.
13. Serve the soup cold in a small bowls.
14. Garnish it with lime wedge and with coriander leaves.
