Which are all good diet foods?


I am 42 years old and for the past 1 year or so I have been battling with high cholesterol and fat problem. I have tried a few diets for myself but I haven't been successful as yet. Now I want the people to help me out with my problem and tell me as to which are all good diet foods for weight loss that I can eat for lunch and dinner in order to achieve weight loss? Awaiting replies!

If you are looking forward to lose weight fast, then remember that along with a regular exercise routine, it is also very important for you to eat healthy food. The food that I will talk about will have plenty of options, so even if you do not like a particular food, then you might have other options to switch to. I am listing the 10 top natural food that has carbohydrate and also whole grains:

1. Oatmeal
2. Yams
3. Sweet potatoes (almost same as yams)

4. Brown rice
5. Multi grain hot cereal (this will be a mix of barley and oats majorly)
6. White potatoes
7. Bread that is made up of 100% whole wheat
