Hey! I would really love to answer this as I faced the same problem when I started cooking. Every time I go in to the kitchen I think that what is that I am going to cook today. Then one day my friend told me about food network and when I started following its recipes I find my problem solving. When I go to food network I found different popup menus for healthy cooking, Quick and easy cooking and so on.
That is why I would love to share my experience with you and wish that my experience is helpful to you in finding the solution your problem. I would first suggest you to make a choice of recipe whose ingredients are as less as possible and whose preparation method is also simple. I am sauggesting thois because this will help you to learn easy recipes and on the other hand this will also boost up your confidence level. Be your own guide and don’t worry if you don’t get the desired result at first time. Keep trying as it will make you perfect.
Try the simple sandwich and simple pizza recipe for a start from food network. And once you feel ypu can try some hard recipes just go for it.
