Can somebody share about a few good food recipes for kids?

I am always confused when it comes to cooking for kids. It seems as though my kids don’t like healthy and good food. I try making coleslaw sandwiches, and sometimes pasta for them, but they don’t approve of the taste. I am in a fix, as I don’t know what to prepare for them, therefore, I am seeking for some good food recipes for kids, which they could enjoy eating, and which would be healthy for them as well! Can somebody please help me with a few? I’ll be really thankful!

While cooking for kids the most important thing that you should keep in mind that the food which you are going to cook for them are healthy and yet delicious. It should contain all the essential proteins and vitamins that your child needs for a proper development of his mind and body. I would like to tell you about the recipes which I think will be a good option for you.

For me the perfect breakfast includes oatmeal, flaxseed, blueberries and almonds. You can cook it in less time by just microwaving the oatmeal and adding flaxseed, frozen blue berries and sliced almonds to it. If you are using non instant oatmeal then I will suggest you to add little cinnamon and honey. This breakfast will give you high level of energy all day as it is rich in protein and fiber.

You can also try scrambled tofu in place of scrambled egg as it will be healthier than eggs. To make it more interesting and appetizing, add some onions, green peppers and veggies.
