Does anyone have a good recipe for guacamole which is without shallots? I am looking for a tasty but an easy guacamole recipe but without shallots and garlic. All the recipes that I have found out of the guacamole have shallots and garlic but my problem is that I don’t like the flavors these two ingredients add to the recipe. But if you do have some recipes despite having the two above mentioned ingredients do not have a strong flavor of the two or hides it well then too I am fine with the recipe. Looking forward.
