How are great food recipes helpful in loosing weight?

Along with intense exercises, I have been advised to eat healthy food to keep my fitness intact with my health. I am 23 years old and weigh 135lbs at a height of 5feet 9inches, and I try to at least workout twice in a week. I don’t think I’ve got a big deal of weight to reduce, therefore I want to know if there could be some healthy and great foods and recipes which could compliment my workout regime. I would appreciate if someone can suggest me of some suitable links as well.

    Hi, first of all let me tell you that you have some wrong thinking about losing weight workout of yours. You have said that you try physical workouts atleast twice a week. But this doesn’t help you to lose weight rapidly. You have to carry out simple freehand exercises like stretching, bending and jogging on nearby road at home regularly for about 20/30 minutes. If you are a professional then temporary community exercises or work outs can be done in the weekends, but simple exercises at home are must at a regular basis. And don’t let these go once you have reduced your weight. If you leave these exercises, the obesity will come back again. Now you have to get rid of all foods that have fat content like fast foods, dairy milk, red meat, cheese, cakes, fried foods like chips and french toast. But you have to supplement these with nutritious foods like lots of fresh fruits in the breakfast with yogurt in the morning. Chicken and fish preparations with olive oil will be best for lunch and dinner as these supplement proteins. Eat as much vegetables as you can, as vegetables provide fiber. Drink at least 8/10 glasses of water everyday. Keep it in mind that small but frequent meals 5/6 times a day increase your metabolism that is helpful in reducing weight.
