I am going to tell you an Indian beef recipe which is chilli beef recipe. The Ingredients are as follows. Take 2 pounds of ground beef,1/29ounce of tomato sauce,1/29 ounce of kidney beans which should be drained or 1/2 pound of dry kidney beans.1/29 ounce of pinto beans which should also be drained or 1/2 pound of dry pinto beans,2 diced of green pepper,1 diced of medium onion. To use the dried beans rather than a canned so just Bring a large saucepan of water for boiling. Add some beans and simmer it for 30 minutes. Turn off the heat, cover and soak it for 90 minutes. Drain and add it to crock pot. Brown the beef in the skillet or the microwave and drain off the fat. Combine all the ingredients in a crock pot. Cook on low flame for 5 to 10 hours. If using very dried beans, cook on low for 17 hours or until the beans are very soft. The Leftovers can also be frozen and kept for several months. Makes 13 servings, approximately 2 cups each.
