Let me clear you on this topic, a cocktail is a drink made from different ingredients, primary ingredient being a hard drink. So, you definitely don't want to drink that, as per your question it seems that you want to know about a juice or a drink that consists of green fruits and vegetables and also not sour in taste. Mate, this is possible to some extent but not completely possible because the vegetable that make it nutritious will make it sour too. What you can do is to use sweet fruits more instead of vegetables, you can use green apples, pear or avocados. The green vegetables and fruits help you to feel full because they have fibrous content in them, therefore you'll have to use vegetables such as asparagus, cucumbers,broccoli,cabbage,green beans, lettuce and spinach to make it more healthier and more fiber rich.
