Does the green drink diet really helps?


Of all the green drinks that are available in the market, does anyone has any suggestion as to which would rank as the best? Does the green drink diet really helps? I have been on it from the last month and am afraid to say that it is not affecting me in anyway. What should I do now, what will you suggest to me?
