COCKTAIL LIMONCELLO



Leveraging our homemade limoncello we have prepared this refreshing cocktail.

Ingredients (for 1 person)

4-6 ice cubes, chopped
2 measures of vodka
3 measures of limoncello
lemon juice
1 hit of bitters (3-4 drops)
Soda, soda siphon

To decorate
1 slice of lemon
1 sprig of mint

Elaboration
Vigorously shake the limoncello, vodka, lemon juice and bitters with ice water until it condenses on the outside of the shaker.
Serve in a chilled cocktail glass using the strainer.
Fill with soda and garnish with lemon slice and mint sprig.
If you can use disposes a glass cocktail mixer. In this case do not forget that the mixture must be made only with ingredients of point 1. You can imagine what happens if you stir the mixture with soda.

Per Cocktail Ingredients

limoncello 1 ounce

lemonade 3 ounces
Half ounce cranberry juice
Half ounce soda water
one lemon wedge

Elaboration

Add all ingredients, except soda, to a shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously and strain in to a big glass filled with ice, top with soda.
Decorate with A wedge of lemon.
