Is it harmful to take a tablespoon of enzymes with a quart of alkalizing greens?


I came to know about the alkalizing greens from the korean cuisine recipes. My question is in regard to the supplementation of probiotics and digestive enzymes in an adult body. They both have strong anecdotal and clinically approved positive results. So is it harmful to take a tablespoon of enzymes with a quart of alkalizing greens, and can you also tell me whether enzymes have a beneficial effect for the body? Probiotic is a friendly bacteria that helps you in a good digestion.It is usually found in dietary supplements or you can take in tablet or powder form as well. You can find probiotic bacteria in yogurt, milk, miso, and fresh fruit juices. You can either choose alkalizing greens or improve alkaline level naturally by including high alkaline foods in your diet. For natural alkaline foods, you can include the following in your diet: parsely, spinach, broccoli, celery, garlic, barley grass, dried figs, raisins, hazelnuts, almonds, green tea, and lemonade. There are also many instant green drinks in the market based on raw green vegetables. But, the best way to improve your health would be to regularly include the vegetables mentioned above in your diet along with fresh fruits.
