Are there any health benefits when eating Thai food?


I am mostly eating Thai food whenever I go out and I was wondering is Thai food healthy? Are there any health benefits when eating Thai food? I love it so much that I order it 3 or 4 times a week. Are Thai foods rich in vitamins?

Hi friend, I can understand your concern towards your eating habits and I must say that you need not worry about Thai food as it has numerous of benefits. The use of fresh herbs and spices, including coriander, turmeric, lemongrass and fresh chilies, along with other immunity boosting ingredients like coconut milk has made many Thai dishes among the healthiest in the world. Some of the main ingredients that are included while preparing Thai dishes are galangal, dried chilies, sweet basil leaf, hot chili, fresh coconut, cumin, cardamom, and coriander seeds.

You can find many places all over world that not only cook traditional that food but also cook their food with 100% vegetable oil and they usually cook it when it is ordered. So you need not worry that whether it’s fresh or not. If you are planning to cook Thai food yourself I will recommend you to cook it using starch. This means that you are using only the fresh ingredients.
