Which are the best healthy cooking oils?


I have read about healthy cooking oil in an article in a health magazine recently, and I could infer from it, that healthy cooking oil is a quintessence part of cooking, and eventually my family’s health. Nonetheless, I get confused when I have to choose healthy cooking oils, as the details mentioned on the back of the pack, use jargons like refined, filtered, unsaturated fats, saturated fat, and more such things, that I am not able to evaluate which could be the best! Therefore, I want to know about the best healthy cooking oils with the brands providing it. Can somebody please advice?
