Can somebody tell me about healthy diet food?


I am simply not able to choose from a variety of diet plans! I am always confused about the exact plan which would suit me. I am 24 years of age and I want to know about a few healthy diet food which could be helpful to me in losing weight forever and ever? Could someone please advise me a list of such healthy diet food to create a healthy diet plan for myself? I would really appreciate your help. Thanks.

Carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, fats, minerals, antioxidants and all other such nutrients have an important place in the diet chart. A healthy and nutritious diet contains around 26 percent of each vegetables, cereals and dairy products. You need to add around 9 percent of fruits and 7 percent of pulses in your diet. Getting a fit physique does not mean excluding fats and sugar entirely from your diet chart. These elements are also essential. So, add 3-3 percent of each fat and sugar as well. If you are not vegan, then you can take 3 percent of meat in your diet.

To own a healthy and fit body, regular intake of fresh air, fruits and vegetables is necessary. Take milk for protein. Regular work out is more imperative than reducing the elements from your diet. Let your skin get vitamin D from the Sun. You can enrich your dish with boiled rice, green chilies, sprouts and carrots. Apples, oranges, pineapple and yellow fruits are the sources of vitamin C, vitamin A and minerals. Fruits are the best option to maintain the quantity of cholesterol. Not only this, fruits are good antioxidants that reduce the bad cells and keep your skin young. Exercise is the most imperative tool to own a healthy and fit body. So, go for an appropriate and balanced manner of work out.
