Kids do not seem to like same breakfast, lunch and dinner. Almost every mother has to keep thinking about what she is going to cook next day. When the mother finds that the child is not liking the food then she gets upset. So, in order to cook healthy and nutritious food for the child the mother keeps turning the pages of the recipe books and magazines.
Few food recipes are enlisted here that are not only nutritious but also very easy to make. Everyday is going to be a special with a special dish.
Method
Put butter on one slice of bread. Make a hole in the middle of the bread and put the bread in hot skillet. Place a scrambled egg in the center. Cook till the egg is set on both sides of the bread.
Serve it with a glass of juice.
2. Maple Oatmeal
Method
Cook the oat as the direction given on the package. Add up 1/4 of milk instead of water. Before serving add 1 teaspoon of maple syrup. Serve while hot.
3. Banana Muffins
Ingredients
Self rising flour - 2 cups.
Mashed ripe bananas - 2.
Eggs 2.
Sugar - 3/4 cup
walnut - 1/2 cups.
Method
Make a banana muffin batter. Then pour the batter into a greased and floured muffin tin. Bake for 25 min at 350 degrees. In order to check insert a tooth pick and if it comes out clean then it is ready.
