I had made a choice long ago that I will make healthy foods for my kids as the advent of junk foods is so much that healthy foods are the best source of nutrition for the kids these days.
Some of the healthy recipes that I have tried are cream and macaroni, tender chicken nuggets,pizza spaghetti ,mini pizza puffs,peanut butter and jelly muffins. Oat pancakes are some of the healthy foods for kids that can benefit them, summer vegetable crepes, no baked macaroni cheese, ham and cheese stuffed chicken breast and glazed mini carrots are some of the healthy foods that can be made for your kids. You can make all this and more of them if you want so that your kid enjoys his food without complaining. It can make your child's day and then instead of avoiding his food he or she will ask you for more from the future!.
