Hi friend I must tell you there is nothing like healthy foodnetwork show but you can really find many healthy eating recipes on foodnetwork. As you have not mentioned the recipe which you have seen on TV I amnot able to tell you if it was healthy or not. The choice of food you want toeat purely depends on you and if you think the recipe is not healthy as it ismade by using too much sugar and oil, I will suggest you to not try thatrecipe.
