I am going to tell you pav bhaji recipe. The ingredient are 4 large potatoes which are boiled, peeled and cut them into small cubes, 2 medium or 1 large carrot which is finely grated, 1 cup boiled green peas, 1 cup of cauliflower florets boiled till almost tender, 1 large green bell pepper/ capsicum cut into very tiny pieces. The procedure is just heat a large, wide, very heavy bottomed pan on a low flame. Add 3 table spoon of butter and allow it to melt. Add the onions and fry it till translucent. Add all the other veggies and garlic to it. Mix it well and sprinkle the Paav Bhaaji masala on the veggies. Add salt to taste. Cook till the capsicum is very much tender and then begin to mash it with the back of a slotted spoon. Mash it to a course texture. Add a tablespoon of butter, mix it and cook it for a few more minutes. Turn off the fire. Heat a griddle on a low flame till hot. While it is heating, slit the Paavs that is buns in half horizontally and then butter heavily. Place the buns open and face it down on the pan. Pree down on them with a spatula and then cook till it is golden and crip. Flip and repeat on the other side. Serve all the Paavs with really piping hot Bhaaji, garnished it with finely chopped onion and then lemon wedges.
