What are the healthy Indian food recipes?


My husband has recently come back from his trip to India and he wants me to cook some Indian food for him in dinner. I don’t have any idea about Indian food so I want to know about healthy Indian food recipes that I can learn easily and make it with perfection. What are the main points that I need to keep in mind before I start making any recipe?

I am going to tell you a baked fish recipe of India. It is specially made in Calcutta. The Ingredients are 2 bass fish , 1 bell pepper number, 3/4 table spoon of pure chilli powder, 5 table spoon of the coriander powder, 2/4 corinader leaves bunch, 1/5 bunch of the dill leaves, 6 clove of the garlic, 3 table spoon of olive oil, 3 small onions, 2 potatoes and salt to taste. The procedure is just marinate the fish with the crushed garlic,dill and the coriander leaves and leave it aside for 15-20 mins. Now just bake in the oven for 18 mins on one side and then turn to the other side and continue to bake for 7 mins. The cooking time is 25 minutes. This is the best recipe I have ever made. And you can see it is very simple also.
