What would be an ideal weight watcher's dinner?

I am 43 years old and I am suffering from obesity. I have tried a few things for myself but I have not been successful as yet. Now I have identified my problematic area and that is my heavy dinner. I want to change my dinner and make it a healthy one. I would like to know from people as to what would be an ideal weight watcher's dinner? I would like to learn from the people's personal experiences!

There are many food items in the dinner table list which you can include in your daily diet. If you want to lose weight, instead of going for any one, try changing your diet plan in totality. However, you can especially look into your intake of carbohydrates. Our body converts carbs in to sugar during digestion. With the blood level, insulin level rises too. Insulin works to drive the sugar in your blood in to your cells to provide energy. The extra sugar gets stored in your muscle and liver. The basic logic that goes behind how carbs help in weight loss is that the insulin allows sugar to be used in energy while preventing fat breakdown in the body. Now, when you start taking low carb diet, it results in lower insulin level. And this causes the body to burn the stored fat to release energy.

There are certain vegetables which can help you in reducing weight. Have a look:

1.Broccoli
2. Asparagus
3. Spinach
4. Salad greens
5. Tomatoes

Remember, whatever diet you plan, follow it religiously. Otherwise, it will be of no use eating these items once or twice and then forgetting all about them. Because they won’t be able to help you in any way.
