Life has turned so fast that even we do not have time to sit together and a have a single time meal. Break fast is the most important meal of the day. As early in the morning one should go for a healthy breakfast then the regular one. But, because of the time constraint in the morning it is not possible at all. Eating toast, muffins, fried eggs or cheesy patties everyday becomes boring and can cause digestion or health problems.
Instead of going for these you can indulge in eating healthy fruits like strawberries, berries or seasonal fruits with milk or you can have fresh juice with a simple twist can add fresh lime and mint to it to add flavors. Yogurt is also a better choice with fresh fruits in it in the morning
Tofu is better than fried eggs, you can try Tofu recipe which is simple, in pan add olive oil, onion, capsicum ant tomato, tomato sauce and pepper powder. This is very light which you can have with toast.
Cottage cheese with the above same recipe is also a good idea, peanut butter over almond butter is a better for maintaining healthy lifestyle. Fresh fruits salad, protein shakes and light porridge is the best for the morning meal.
Never leave home by having or sipping nice coffee or tea. These are some breakfast meals to start your day fresh and healthy.
