Yes making imitation crab salad can be a healthy salad recipe. I can tell you the whole procedure of making crab salad. I am telling you the crab salad. the ingredient are 2 tablespoons of butter , 2 heaping tablespoons of flour,3/4 cup of milk ,1/2 teaspoon of salt ,1/2 teaspoon of the dry mustard ,1 teaspoon of vinegar ,1/2 teaspoon of the Worcestershire sauce ,2 heaping tablespoons of the mayonnaise ,1 slice bread which should be torn ,1 pound of crab meat. Preparation method is just melt butter, stir it in flour. Add 1/2 cup of milk gradually, just stirring. Add the salt, mustard, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce; cook until thickened. Cool. Add mayonnaise to sauce. Moisten crumbs with remaining milk; add to crab. Mix the crab mixture with the sauce mixture. Spoon in 8 ramekins. Bake it at 350 degree Celsius for 15 minutes.
