Can somebody impart with the nutrition facts of a hard cooked egg?

I love eggs and since I am following a meal replacement diet, I have few food items replaced by something healthier. Nonetheless, I am simply a failure at leaving eggs. My friends suggested me to eat the hard cooked egg, but honestly, that doesn't suit me, and I really want to find a way out for a healthy option or replacement for my morning platter of boiled eggs. Can anybody tell me about the egg whites nutrition facts, and if I can eat poached eggs since it doesn't take any oil or butter to prepare it? I would really appreciate an apt resolution for my query from you guys, therefore, please advice? Thanks!
