How do I make a perfect Irish coffee recipe or tea mix for a diabetic?

Recently I came to know that tea can help prevent diabetes. I normally substitute the quart packets of the sugar free instant lemonade and the sugar free instant Tang or any other orange drink that I sometimes buy from the supermarkets and make them minus the sugar. It only takes one tablespoon to make a great, refreshing cup of tea. But still I want to find new and interesting ways to make my tea more healthier. Can you tell me how do I make an Irish coffee recipe or tea mix apt for a diabetic, my friend is 36yr old male and is diabetic, I want him to have it but I am concerned about his health. Can you also tell me about more ways like the ones I have mentioned above that will help me prevent calories and diabetes?

I am telling you a classic Irish Coffee Recipe. Take six ounces of hot, fresh brewed coffee, 1 teaspoon of brown sugar for sweetness,1 ½ ounces of your favorite Irish whiskey, heavy cream. The directions are as follows. Here is the basic Irish coffee recipe. Using your heavy cream, whip it until it just becomes whipped cream. You can add sugar and then confeccionate sugar to just sweeten. Place in the refrigerator to just chill. Once your fresh coffee is just brewed, combine it with your whiskey and then the sugar. Mix it well until the sugar just dissolves. Take your whipped cream out and then just place it on top of the Irish coffee mixture. And then you have in your hands your first homemade Irish coffee recipe. This is the whole procedure of Irish coffee recipe. I hope you like my recipe.
