I am telling you Italian pasta recipe in southern style. First of all I will tell you what ingredients you will need. You need 1-1/2 cups of multi grain penne pasta which should be uncooked, 1 pkg (9 oz.) of fresh spinach leaves,1 lb. of boneless skinless chicken breasts, which should be cut into bite size pieces,1 tsp. of dried basil leaves, 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) of diced tomatoes which should be drained, 1 jar (14 oz.) of spaghetti sauce, 2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) of PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese cubed in size, 1 cup of KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese which should be divided in 2 Tbsps. KRAFT Grated of Parmesan Cheese, HEAT the oven to 375ºF. Now Just COOK the pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, add salt and add spinach to the boiling water for the last minute. Meanwhile just cook and stir the chicken and basil in large nonstick skillet sprayed with the cooking spray on a medium high heat for 3 mins. Stir in tomatoes and spaghetti sauce and then bring to boil. Simmer on low heat for 3 mins or until chicken is done. Stir in the Neufchatel. Drain the pasta mixture; return to pan. Stir in the chicken mixture and 1/2 cup of mozzarella pour into 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray. Now bake it for 20 mins or until heated throughout the top with the remaining cheese. Bake for 3 mins or until the mozzarella is melted.
