Where can I join south Indian cooking classes?

I am mostly eating south Indian food whenever I go out and I was wondering is south Indian healthy? Are there any health benefits of south Indian food? I really love it so much that I order it 5 to 6 times in a week. Also tell me some interesting south Indian cooking class that I can join so that I can cook my self what ever I want to eat.

Hi friend, South Indian food has its own taste and its too healthy for health. Compare to any other types of food in any other part of our country, it has its own special taste and flavor. Rice is known to be the most common diet in south India, and hence a variety of rice dishes are available in south Indian dishes.

South Indian foods are very healthy for health. Curd rice is just so healthier for body, and curd rice is an integral part of south indian dishes.
