Easy Mexican Hamburger Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
Lean ground beef : (453 grams), cream cheese : (226 grams package),
condensed cream of chicken soup : (304 grams can), milk : ( half cup),
refrigerated biscuit dough : ( 340grams can), ketchup : ( 1/4 cup).
Method:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Take in a large skillet over medium-high heat, and then saute the ground beef for 5-6 minutes, or until it becomes brown. Drain excess fat and set aside. Now in a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, soup, ketchup and milk and mix well and stir in the ground beef. Then pour it into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) at least for 15 minutes, and place the biscuits on top and bake for 15-16 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
