Would you mind sharing one or two of your favorite tried and accurate South American cuisine recipes? I am seeking for one of the so called quick recipes. I like to try new recipes oftenly, that I discover on the internet and more than a couple of times, but they do not taste good at all. Would you mind sharing a couple of your favorite tried and accurate south american cuisine recipes with me preferably the quick ones? I am looking forward to your responses.

It is a pleasure to share with you some of the amazing and the loved South American recipes. You can surely pick from these as these are very much loved by all.

1.Red Pepper Chimichurri

This is an amazing vegetarian sauce recipe. This tastes well on sandwiches, or used as a marinade. This can be put on almost everything. The recipe seem involved but is really simple.

Ingredients that you require

kosher salt, warm water, Italian flat leaf parsley, 6 cloves garlic, extra-virgin olive oil, roasted red peppers, sweet paprika, chopped fresh oregano, crushed red pepper, ground black pepper, ground cumin, distilled white vinegar and the red wine vinegar.

Directions to prepare:

1. Whisk together kosher salt and warm water and allow to cool to room temperature.

2. Combine flat leaf parsley, garlic, and olive oil in the bowl and pulse to chop up the parsley.

3. Add roasted red peppers, paprika, oregano, red pepper, black pepper, cumin, and vinegar. Continue to pulse the food processor.

4. Next, you need to transfer the sauce into a large mixing bowl. Cover and refrigerate to allow the salt to mellow.

Another recipe that you can try is the Torta De Hojas.

Ingredients for preparation:

Flour, baking powder, butter, egg yolks, milk, 2 cans sweetened condensed milk, chopped walnut, brandy and water.

Directions to prepare:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Then, mix together the flour and baking powder.

2. Beat butter until creamy. Blend in the egg yolks. Beat in the flour mixture. The dough will be like a cookie dough. Divide the dough and shape into balls. Place on cookie sheets and prick with a fork.

3. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown. Set aside.

4. Make the Caramel Filling. Boil the unopened cans of sweetened condensed milk. Monitor water closely. Make sure there is always water in the pan. Remove can from heat.

5. Place one cookie layer on serving plate. Sprinkle brandy mixture. Continue stacking until all layers are used.
