The spices are so well associated with pumpkin that a few coffee shops using these spices have named them as ‘pumpkin spice’. Coffee shops? A new addition this winter is the Pumpkin Spice Mocha, wherein the coffee addicts will find a concoction of cinnamon, ginger, cloves and nutmeg.
