Can somebody tell me of nutritious and tasteful toddler food?

I am really worried about my 2 years old toddler, who creates a ruckus whenever I ask him to eat something healthy. He simply goes on hunger strike. At times, I have to finish his leftovers, because he doesn't seem to like nutritious foods. Being a mother, I have to take care of his nutritional needs and requirements, which becomes unachievable at times, due to my son's fussy eating habits. Could you guys help me with a few nutritious and tasteful toddler food? I would be grateful to you for a suitable solution to my query! Thanks.

Toddlers are fussy eaters, but this is the time when their nutritional demand for mind and body cannot be compromised. They love colors and anything that looks colorful and interesting. Try to make things look interesting as much as possible and some simple food which are tasty and nutritional as well are Apples, Cherries, Strawberries, Watermelon, Red Potatoes, Tomatoes,Oranges, Peaches, Sweet Potatoes, Carrots, Bananas, Summer Squash, Wax Beans, Pears, Avocado, Green Beans, Zucchini, Mango, Papaya, Blueberries, Grapes, Eggplant. My toddler has completed 2 years this September. He is too choosy when it comes to eating. His favorites are yogurt, bananas, apples, rice, eggs, pastas. So, when feeding a toddler you should always look for food that are low in fat and sugar. In a day always try to give one serving from meat, poultry, fish, dry beans and egg group; vegetable group; fruit group; and the bread, cereal, rice and pasta group;the milk, yogurt, and cheese group. Food should be based on variety, balance and moderation. Small meals should be given after every 3 hours to the toddler.
