An Oreo cheesecake is an effete, delectable sweet dish. Here is the recipe for the oreo cheese cake which you can try in your kitchen.

Ingredients

Crust Ingredients

  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup margarine/butter

Cheese Filling

  • 250g cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup of milk
  • 4 Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup of icing sugar

Method

The oven should be preheated to 175 degree Celsius. For cooking the crust melt the butter and pour it on the bread crumbs along with sugar. Crush the Oreo cookies and add to the mixture. Make a mixture of these ingredients. With the help of a roller roll the mixture flat. Grease an 8 inch baking tin with butter. Even out the rolled mixture. Whisk cream cheese in a bowl with sugar. Mix the eggs one by one in the mixture. Whipping thoroughly add milk and baking powder to the mixture. Decant the mixture on the crust and shake it a little so that the mixture fits in evenly. Place the tin in the center of the oven and bake the cheesecake for 60 minutes at 350°F. Take the cheesecake out of the oven and leave it to cool down gently. Leave the cake in the fridge overnight. Here you are done!
