Here are steps to go about it: Ingredients: you will need an onion, chopped raw papaya pieces, carrot, bayleaf, grated cheese and butter. You should be ready with salt and pepper to taste. To make the spice bag, you need to have half piece ginger and about one teaspoon of cumin seeds. Make sure that you crush the above ingredients coarsely and tie in a clean muslin cloth. Method of preparation: 1. Heat the pan and add butter first. 2. As the butter melts, add bayleaf and chopped onion. 3. It is required to fry it for approximately two minutes in reduced flame. 4. After this add to it chopped carrot and papaya pieces. 5. This is to be fried in medium flame for another two minutes. 6. After this pour water to cover the pieces. Add the spice bag and close the lid. 7. Then, pressure cook in reduced flame till first whistle. 8. Let it cool and then discard the spice bag. You must grind the pieces to smooth paste. 9. Strain it well and dilute with water. 10. Add to it salt, sugar and pepper as per taste. 11. Reheat and serve hot.
