To make white pasta sauce you need:
Butter – 2-3 tablespoon
Grated garlic-1 tablespoon
Milk- ½ cup
All purpose flour – 2 teaspoon of corn flour
Salt- pinch or according to taste
Pepper – ½ teaspoon
Chilli flakes- ½ teaspoon
Oregano- ½ teaspoon
Cheese (grated) – 3-4 teaspoon
Time Taken: 15-20 minutes
Process:
Take a pan and heat the butter in it. Now add grated garlic and saute for a minute. Now add 2 teaspoon of corn flour. Now add milk and stir it continuously to prevent lump formation. Cook it till the mixture becomes thick. Once it becomes thick, add oregano, salt, pepper, and chilli flakes. Now add grated cheese and mix well. Keep this white pasta sauce aside. Take a deep pan and boil water in it. Add uncooked pasta and salt in it. Cook the pasta till it become soft. Now take a pan and heat oil or butter in a pan. Add chopped capsicum, carrots, mushroom, and French beans. Cook till the vegetables become crispy. Add cooked pasta and cook it for some time. Now add white pasta sauce and cook till vegetables soak whole sauce. Before serving sprinkle some chopped parsley and pepper powder.
To make your pasta more healthy, add low fat cheese and skimmed milk to reduce calories in your home cooked pasta.
