I have played the online cake games a lot now it is high time that I get seriously involved in baking the cake perfectly for my sisters birthday. Actually I preheated the oven to 340 degrees and then put oiled loaf pan with butter inside and has kept it trying at all the temperatures possible from 30 to 40 mins to more than an hour but everytime it was a disaster. I think I have gone wrong with the creaming of the butter too. Please help me out.
