For Pizza dough
29.5 ounce of all purpose flour of nearly 7 cups
1/2 ounce active dry yeast or 1 tablespoon
2 tablespoon of brown sugar, it is optional
2 teaspoon of salt
2 cups of tap hot water with 16.8 fluid ounces.
Now for this measurement in metric system also for the convenience of the cooker.
825 grams of plain fine flour in 5 metric cups
14 grams active dry yeast or 1 tablespoon
2 tablespoon brown sugar, optional as before
2 teaspoon of salt
500 ml hot tap water ( 2 metric cups)
