Why do my pizza come out hard and raw and burnt from the outside?

Playing pizza cooking games online is easy but making them in the kitchen in the real world is really a mammoth's task. I have a Modular Pizza Oven. I am trying to make the authentic italian pizza at home. I started my pizza dough the night before I wanted to make the pizza and the next morning the result was a disaster. The pizza came out hard and raw and burnt from the outside. I made the dough with the yeast, the flour and water as told by my neighbor. What could have gone wrong? I am so confused and depressed. What is the right way of making the dough and the pizza all together?

Prepare your crust. Crust the mixes which can be very well purchased that are just mixed with some water or the oil, then just baked. Premade the crusts which may also be purchased. For an extra crispy crust, bake it for about few minutes before just adding the rest of the ingredients. Add your pizza sauce. Sauce can be very much purchased in the can or in jar at the grocery store. Or just use tomato paste and then add a bit of garlic and Italian seasonings which is according to the taste. Add 3/4 cup of sauce to the middle of your pizza and then spread outward in the spiral motion for even the coverage. Add the cheese. The amount of cheese can be very well determined according to the personal taste. Use only the mozzarella, or just add Parmesan or then provolone. Add the toppings to it. Pizzas can even be topped with anything, so you should be creative. Favorite the toppings which always include the pepperoni and the sausage, mushrooms, peppers, onions and the olives. Some type of unique toppings are very much hummus, cucumbers and some type of roma tomatoes.
